Jessica Duplantis grew up in New Orleans and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans. She later went on to earn a Masters of Health Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She holds a national certification as a Master Addiction Counselor, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Jessica began her career working for the Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse for Greater New Orleans as a Prevention Educator where she promoted education and refusal techniques with children and adolescents. She then went on to work with adult DUI offenders, offering assessment and substance abuse education services. Since completing her Masters degree, Jessica has worked as an addictions counselor in both residential and intensive outpatient settings. Jessica’s experience also includes psychiatric rehabilitation for adults working in both inpatient and outpatient programs.
Jessica was hired in June 2015 as a Clinical Case Manager. She is responsible for ensuring compliance of monitored participants as well as providing information and referral services to Louisiana judges, lawyers and law students.
